‍These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of WagerPaper.com (the “Site”), operated by WagerPaper, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“WagerPaper,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site

1. Informational Purpose Only

The Site is provided for informational, promotional, and marketing purposes only.

‍WagerPaper does not:‍

  • Offer or accept wagers;

  • Facilitate gambling activity;

  • Operate as a sportsbook or bookmaker;

  • Provide betting advice; or

  • Process gambling transactions.

‍Nothing on this Site constitutes gambling services, wagering services, legal advice, financial advice, or an offer to place bets.

‍2. No Affiliation; Third-Party References

‍WagerPaper is an independent digital memorabilia platform.

‍WagerPaper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with:

  • Any professional or collegiate sports league;

  • Any sports team;

  • Any sportsbook or gambling operator; and

  • Any athlete, player, or venue.

‍ ‍References to teams, players, leagues, sportsbooks, events, venues, scores, and related information are used solely for factual and descriptive purposes.

‍ ‍All trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

‍3. Description of Product Features

‍The Site may describe WagerPaper’s verification, authentication, serialization, integrity hashing, provenance tracking, QR-based landing pages, and related features.

‍All descriptions are provided solely for informational and promotional purposes and are subject to change without notice.

‍WagerPaper does not guarantee, warrant, certify, validate, or represent the legality, enforceability, regulatory compliance, or legitimacy of any underlying wager, sportsbook transaction, gambling activity, or third-party platform.

Any reference to “verification” reflects only WagerPaper’s internal review of submitted materials for consistency with user-provided information at a specific point in time. Verification does not constitute legal certification, government approval, sportsbook validation, regulatory endorsement, or confirmation of compliance with any jurisdiction’s gambling laws.

‍4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, branding, graphics, templates, designs, logos, trade dress, and digital concepts, is the exclusive property of WagerPaper, LLC unless otherwise noted.

‍Except as expressly permitted by WagerPaper in a separate written agreement, no content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WagerPaper shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or loss of profits or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or reliance on the Site;
• Betting losses;
• Sportsbook disputes;
• Third-party data inaccuracies; or
• Technical interruptions.

‍In no event shall WagerPaper’s total liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00).

‍6. Governing Law

‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable Federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

‍Disputes shall be resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the WagerPaper App Terms of Service.
